Shane Osborn
A decorated Naval Aviator, former State Treasurer of Nebraska, and serial entrepreneur, Shane Osborn brings a rare combination of leadership, courage, and strategic expertise to every client engagement.
From flying combat missions in Afghanistan to safely landing a critically damaged aircraft during an international crisis, Shane’s leadership has been tested at the highest levels. For his heroic actions and command under pressure, he was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Meritorious Service Medal.
As Nebraska State Treasurer, he managed $17.5 billion in pension funds, championed government transparency, and earned national recognition for fiscal innovation. His dedication to service continues through veteran advocacy and the founding of several high-impact businesses—including KR Consultant Services and RWH Energy.
Shane’s vision drives KR Consultant Services to deliver purpose-driven results grounded in integrity, data, and bold thinking.

Dr. Enid Schonewise
Dr. Enid Schonewise has dedicated her career to public education, serving as a teacher, principal, and administrator. She brings 15 years of experience as a Human Resources Director in both Nebraska and Minnesota, where she focused on attracting, supporting, and retaining top talent in schools. She now leads the KR Human Resources Team.
